We are always happy to hear your views and encourage feedback on ways in which we can improve our service. Should you have any views or reasons for complaints, please contact the Practice manager. If you visit in person, you will be able to discuss the matter in a private area of the building. Should your complaint not be resolved by us, we will take the written details from you and discuss the matter with Dr Preston.
We will send you a written acknowledgement of any written complaint you send us within 3 working days.
